Returns

Customer Satisfaction is a cornerstone of our business. We believe that in order to have the best possible shopping experience, our customers should not have to worry about buying from us. We want you to be comfortable with every aspect of your experience purchasing from us, and we will make every effort to ensure you are a happy customer. Clothes Rack offers a 30 day return policy, from date of receipt of your order. All you need to do is contact our dedicated Customer Care Team just to make us aware of your return so that we can provide you the best assistance possible.

Republic of Ireland Customers:

  • Please pack your product carefully, in the original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that items arrive back in perfect condition.
  • Please the postage label securely to the front of the package ensuring the label is clearly visible. Please ensure there are no other labels attached to your package.
  • Bring the item to your local Post Office present it at the counter to the clerk. Ensure the counter clerk issues you with a receipt as this is your proof of postage that contains your tracking number.

United Kingdom Customers:

All Customers: 

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact your customer service team and they will be happy to help. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfilment centre, we will work to expedite your refund as soon as possible, this could take up to 7 days depending on your original method of payment.
Clothes Rack  will refund the full purchase price of the returned item(s) excluding postage.

Returns within 30 days: Clothes Rack will refund the full purchase price of the returned item(s). (Again, Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging)

 

Amending this Policy: Clothes Rack may choose to amend the Policy, in part or its entirety, at any time, without notice.
 

We can only accept items returned by post. We are not able to accept returns from personal callers.

Frequently Asked Questions? 

Question: I've lost my returns slip

Don’t worry, just include a note giving your full name and address and whether or not you would like a refund or exchange or print off the form here and pop it in your parcel. Please make sure to tell us which size you need for any exchange items.

Question: What if my item does not fit?

Simply return it to us and we’ll exchange it for a different size. There are a couple of things you need to remember though:

  • We know that you’ll need to try the item on but please be careful not to leave any marks (e.g. make-up, deodorant) as we may not be able to accept it back if we believe it has been worn.

Question: What do I do if I received the wrong item?

If we’ve sent you the wrong item, please return it to us and we will exchange it for the correct one. We will also refund you the cost of any returns postage.

Question: What do I do if I received a faulty/damaged item?

Any item that you believe to be faulty or damaged should be returned to us straight away. We’ll happily replace or refund your item and cover the cost of any returns postage.

Question: How long do I have to wait for my refund?

You will receive your refund within 7-10 days of Clothes Rack's receipt of your parcel or replacement items within 14 days.

Refunds will be paid via your original payment method.

If we no longer have stock of the exchange item you have asked for, we will issue you with a refund.
